The University of Kyrenia Human Resources department is primarily responsible for the collection and assessment of the job candidate’s resumes and CVs, to save CV’s on the information bank, recruitment, payroll administration, staff training, performance management, career management, employee satisfaction, job security and to establish and develop systems related to these subjects in terms of organization.
Human Resources (HR) department aims to achieve continuous improvement by planning orientation and in-service programs for the staff while working on the human resource planning, personnel policy and personnel performance of our university in order to meet the organization’s aims and objectives.
