Graduation Procedures Guide

Actions to be taken by graduate candidate students:

Payment Check: From your Student Portal or the Registrar's office, make sure that all your tuition payments (tuition, dormitory, diploma approval, transcript, hospital, library) have been completed.

Department Head: Check your transcript on your Student Portal and contact your advisor if any adjustments are needed.

Ceremony Robe All graduates who will attend the graduation ceremony should stop by the Department of Health, Culture and Sports.

Diploma Delivery: Within an average of 8 weeks after the student is dismissed from the university, the diploma will be delivered to the address specified in the graduation form by cargo with counter payment. There is a charge for cargoes outside Turkey.

Note: Since the diploma delivery of the graduates of the Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Dentistry, Faculty of Health Sciences and Vocational School of Health requires the approval of the Ministry of Health, it may exceed the above-mentioned period.

The following procedures must be done for Diploma Approval Application.

  • Diploma Approval: All graduates are required to apply for Diploma Approval.
  • Student Residence Permit (Immigration Document) (EXCEPT those with TRNC citizenship): It is available on the TRNC Ministry of Interior Residence Permit (Muhaceret) Portal.
    Those who have completed their last semester internship abroad, entry-exit certificate from the TRNC General Directorate of Police, a letter from the department showing this situation.
  • Graduation Application Form: Please fill in the application form on the link.
  • Diploma Fee: The Diploma Fee is paid by all graduates and attach the receipt to your PDF submission.

NOTE: After completing all your transactions, your Diploma Approval process is started.
