Faculty and Student Affairs Assistants work closely with students in faculties and assist faculty students with the following topics:

• Providing access codes for Student Information System.
• Assignment of Student Advisors
• Coordination with academic requests (summer school applications, disapproval of grade letter of applications, etc.)
• Course substitution (exemption) procedures to be directed to the student advisors
• Assure communication between students and academicians
• Internship insurance procedures
