Student Affairs Department
The main task of the Registrar's Office is to provide accurate and complete information to our students, prospective students and parents about the registration and payment processes, and to manage the registration, admission and documentation processes with our students within the framework of the relevant regulations.
The procedures carried out by the Student Affairs Department fall into three main categories:
- General Student Transactions

Closed on public holidays.

Student Financial Affairs (Accounting)
The Student Financial Affairs team carries out the following student transactions related to student payments.
Student Fee Investment Transactions:
Tuition fees, social activities, internships, flight expenses, transcript fees, etc.
Important Reminder: The accounting department accepts credit card payments only. Cash payments are made through the Near East Bank branch on campus, and wire transfers and eft transactions are made through our Turkish İş Bank accounts.

Advance
The deadline for students who choose this payment method is September 8.
Two installments per semester
For students who choose this payment method, the due dates for the installments are: September 8 and January 8.
Eight installments
The due dates of the installments for students who choose this payment method: September 8, October 8, November 8, December 8, January 8, February 8, March 8, April 8.
3%: It is applied to the late payment of the monthly installment (per installment) and summer school fee during the semester.
5%: It is applied to the remaining debt from the previous semester.
10%: It is applied to students who owe more than the semester tuition and to those who owe more than the previous year.
Determination of Student Status
Active student: A student who has paid the tuition fee for the current academic semester and registered with the Student Financial Affairs (Accounting).
Inactive student: A student who has not paid his/her tuition fee in the current academic semester and has not registered with the Student Financial Affairs (Accounting).
Course Registration Procedures
Active status students can register for courses by themselves or with their advisors after receiving their Student Information System access password from the Faculty and Student Affairs Assistants.
Important Reminder: Students who will go to internship and flight can start their internship or flight procedures after they visit the Student Financial Affairs (Accounting) and renew their registration.
Midterm - Midterm / Final / Make-up Exam Entry Procedures
Students who have been approved by the Student Financial Affairs (Accounting) department obtain their Exam Entrance Documents from the Student Information System student portal. Students without an Exam Entrance Certificate are not allowed to take the exam.
Midterm Exam Entrance Certificate: Half (1/2) of the semester fee must be paid.
Final + Make-up Exam Entrance Certificate: The semester tuition must be paid in full.
Important Reminder: Approvals of Exam Entrance Documents are given automatically through the student information system. Before the exam, each student must print out the entrance documents at their own risk. In order to avoid problems during the exam week, students must check the document availability before the exam week.

Faculty and Student Affairs Assistants work in faculties close to students.and assists faculty students in the following areas:
- Providing a password to access the student portal of the student information system
- Appointment of student advisor

Vision and Mission
The University of Kyrenia International Office works to increase the recognition of the University abroad and to inform prospective students about the programs, buses and educational services within the University. The International Office is responsible for all processes from the selection of prospective students to their enrollment at the University of Kyrenia.

Our mission is to create the conditions to ensure that all students at University of Kyrenia have an outstanding educational journey from enrollment to graduation. Registration Requirements
Undergraduate Programs:
- Completed application form
- High School Diploma or equivalent certificates (example: O/A Level, WAEC/NECO)
- Proof of English proficiency: TOEFL (65 IBT) or IELTS (5.5)

- Bachelor Diploma
- Undergraduate degree transcripts for each academic semester/year completed.

Application Procedure
If you are working with an education agency or one of our representatives, please contact them to upload your required documents and complete the application form in the application system. The details must be filled in correctly and the required documents listed in the admission requirements must be submitted.
First step Evaluation of the application
Prospective students apply to the University of Kyrenia by creating a profile using their e-mail address, filling out the application form on our website and attaching the necessary documents to the application system or sending them through our local representative offices. As a result of the application, our staff will start the evaluation process of your application.
Second Step Issuing a Conditional Letter of Acceptance
If eligible, prospective students receive a Conditional Letter of Acceptance by email or by our representatives.
Step 3:First payment
The initial deposit payment, as stated in the Conditional Letter of Acceptance, must be transferred to the University of Kyrenia bank account through your local bank.
Step 4: Letter of Acceptance
Once the deposit has been paid, prospective students will receive their Letter of Acceptance via email or from our representatives.
Step 5: Apply for a transit visa (if required)
With the Letter of Acceptance, prospective students can apply for a transit visa at the nearest Turkish Embassy.
Last step Share your flight details with us to pick you up at Ercan Airport.
Prospective students are required to book a flight to North Cyprus Ercan Airport. They should inform the International Office about their flight details in order to organize their transportation to the University of Kyrenia campus.
Our International Office will contact you or your representative shortly after completing your application.
Communication and Corporate Relations
The Communication and Corporate Relations department is mainly responsible for ensuring that the corporate brand and/or product/service brands of our university are promoted and represented in the TRNC, the Republic of Turkey and the markets in which they operate in the best possible way; and for the design of the company's brand, name and slogans used in all internal and external communication, especially the corporate (main) brand, in terms of text and graphics according to the corporate identity.
Responsible for carrying out all visual works required for corporate brand communication, organizing orientation programs, student events and other events related to the corporate brand and communication activities.
Acting as a bridge between the university and institutions, managing the university's relations with private, public and non-governmental organizations is among his/her main duties.

Finance
The Finance Department is mainly responsible for the realization of payments required for the execution of the services of our university, examining, directing and recording financial transactions.
Verification of financial transactions, correction of errors when necessary, coordination of accounting and finance staff are also among their responsibilities.
Ensuring that all transactions carried out under finance management are carried out in accordance with ethical rules is among the main duties.
Human Resources
University of Kyrenia Human Resources department is mainly responsible for establishing, developing and implementing systems in areas such as recruitment, personnel, payroll, training, performance management, career management, employee satisfaction, occupational safety and employee relations, collecting, evaluating and archiving CVs in the CV bank to be used when necessary, in line with the goals and policies of the institution.
The Human Resources (HR) department aims to carry out studies on our university's manpower planning, personnel policy and studies to increase the performance criteria of the personnel, to plan and carry out orientation programs and in-service trainings for the personnel, and to ensure continuous improvement and development by adhering to the requirements of the university management system.
Support Services
The main issues within the mandate of the Support Services Department include the organization of classrooms, libraries, lecture halls and laboratories for the healthy functioning of the academic functioning, security services on the university campus, cleaning of indoor and outdoor areas, landscaping and garden maintenance, execution of institutional vehicles, cafeteria and canteen services, and all support issues such as damage assessments and repair process follow-up, inventory and stock management at the university.
It is the responsibility of this department to request, receive, store and/or distribute the materials (stationery, cleaning supplies, consumables, furniture, etc.) required for the functioning of the institution and to operate the University Store.
In addition, it provides the necessary infrastructure and support services for the events organized in relation to corporate communication and the courses offered within the Continuing Education Center.
