University of Kyrenia academicians won the first prize at the 20th National Anatomy Congress

University of Kyrenia Faculty of Medicine, Department of Basic Medical Sciences members; Prof. Dr. Engin Calguner and Prof. Dr. Muzaffer Sindel won the first prize with their presentation at the 20th National Anatomy Congress hosted by Istanbul Medipol University.

Between the 27th and 31st of August the congress was held with the cooperation of the Turkish Anatomy and Clinical Anatomy Association, with the support from the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TUBITAK). At this congress, academicians, postgraduate students and specialist clinicians came together to meet with the slogan of ‘More clinical anatomy, better physicans’.

Prof. Dr. Engin Calguner and Prof. Dr. Muzaffer Sindel received the first prize at the 20th National Anatomy Congress with their presentation titled as ‘The morphological evaluation of Lingula Mandible based on the surgical perspective of the anatomic position’. They expressed their happiness to successfully represent University of Kyrenia in the highly productive congress.
