Message from University Kyrenia to Our Students and Families
As you know, we all entered a new and unusual period in our lives due to the Covid-19 pandemic that has affected the whole world since the first months of 2020. First, we wish God’s mercy upon those who lost their lives in this period and extend our sincerest condolences to their families and relatives. We also wish a quick recovery for those who have been affected.
We have stood by you as much as we could with the spirit of solidarity and by offering to ensure that all the valuable members of University of Kyrenia family overcome this period in the healthiest way possible. As you know the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus has come forward as one of the countries, which have struggled with the Covid-19 outbreak in the most effective way thanks to the decisions taken during this period. We would like to thank once again on behalf of all of us to all authorities who made a contribution and who provided a safe environment.
We held our first online graduation ceremony on 19 June, 2020. Our primary wish was to meet face to face at our next graduation ceremony to be held in the Fall Term. However, as a result of the continuation of these extraordinary circumstances , our 2020-2021 academic year Fall Semester graduation ceremony will again take place in online environment. We congratulate all our graduates. We wish them health, happiness and success in their future lives.
