Due to the spread of new types of coronavirus (Covid-19) worldwide, artists continue to paint to draw attention to the epidemic and support the struggle from different perspectives.

According to the information given by the Press and Public Relations Directorate of Near East University, artist Mirvokhid Mirsaidov reflected his feelings on the canvas to draw attention to the fight against the coronavirus that caused thousands of deaths throughout the world.

Artist Mirvokhid Mirsaidov stated that he is trying to support her art in order to raise awareness of the struggle against the coronavirus and to follow the precautions and warnings.

Every day artworks of one artist will be share on behalf of the Cyprus Museum of Modern Arts in order to draw attention to warnings and measures taken against the coronavirus.

Who is Mirvokhid Mirsaidov?
Mirvokhid Mirsaidov was born in Tashkent in 1988. Between 2004-2007, he studied at the Easel Painting Department of P.P. Berkov Republican College. He studied at the Department of Painting of Kamaliddin Bekzad Institute between 2007-2011. In 2013, he graduated from the Department of Painting of Kamaliddin Bekzad Institute. Since 2013, he has been working as a senior teacher at P.P. Berkov Republican College. He has been a member of the Union of Artists of the Republic of Uzbekistan since 2018. Mirvokhid Mirsaidov is a regular participant of republican exhibitions; He was awarded a silver medal for participating in the creative festival.
