At the information meeting organized under the leadership of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nurdan Atamtürk, Head of the English Preparatory School for the 2022-2023 academic year, students had the opportunity to listen to the opportunities of University of Kyrenia from Rector Prof. Dr. İlkay Salihoğlu.

Salihoğlu explained what awaits them in university life in a life-like manner and advised them to balance the time they will devote to their personal development and education.

Salihoğlu emphasized the importance of knowing the language and reiterated that “the first language to know is of course your mother tongue, the second is English, and if you learn English, you will see that university life will be easier.

Answering the questions of the students, Prof. Dr. İlkay Salihoğlu said that my main purpose of my being here is to listen to you. The meeting ended with mutual conversation and question-answer.
