The Women’s Basketball Team of Near East University, which played at the Turkey Women’s Basketball Super League in 2014-2015 season, following the successful results in this league, will continue its performance as the team of University of Kyrenia at the Turkey Women’s Basketball Super League in 2016-2017 season.

Özgü Bayraktar: “We will continue to our struggle with our new name and new team”

Mr Özgü Bayraktar, Manager of the University of Kyrenia Women’s Basketball Team Club, made a statement to the Press and Public Relations Directorate of the University of Kyrenia. In his statement, Bayraktar said that they are starting to a new season with a new name and a new team, and will do their best throughout the 2016-2017 season. Bayraktar also stated that they have made a great progress throughout the 2015-2016 season and now its time to make futher achievements in accordance with the mission and vision of the University of Kyrenia.
