According to press info released by Press and Public Relations Directorate of University of Kyrenia, Enver Yetkili, lecturer of University of Kyrenia and writer of book titled Yesterday and Today of Cyprus Ports, will give a seminer within the scope of planned activities on the development of Famagusta Port throughout the historical process and share the data he obtained throughout his comprehensive research.

Enver Yetkili, using relevant parts from his book, Yesterday and Today of Cyprus Ports, which is a first in its kind and prepared through a comprehensive research study, will present the development of Famagusta Port in historical process, the economic and political effects of Famagusta Port on Cyprus policies and role and importance of Famagusta Port on issues shaping policies in Eastern Mediterranean. Yetkili’s book will also be presented at the seminar.

The seminar will take place at Rauf R. Denktash Culture and Congress Centre in Famagusta on 7 February 2014, at 16:00 hours and will be open to all who are interested in the subject.
