According to joint press info released by Press and Public Relations Directorates of Near East University and University of Kyrenia, students preferring to study at the Near East University, which is the largest university of TRNC with over 21 thousand students coming from over 100 countries and University of Kyrenia, the first and only university specializing on maritime and aviation studies, will benefit from sibling discounts.

In the joint press release, it is emphasized that the Near East University and University of Kyrenia came up with a joint decision in order to reduce the higher education expenses of families sending their children to higher education and decided to offer sibling discount to sibling students preferring to study at any one of the departments of NEU and University of Kyrenia.
