The “Second Spring” exhibition, which brings together the works exclusively prepared by the students of the University of Kyrenia 60+ Refreshment University for the Cyprus Museum of Modern Arts, will be opened by the Minister of Labor and Social Security Hasan Taçoy, at the Prof. Dr. İlkay Salihoğlu Republic Hall of the University of Kyrenia Faculty of Health Sciences.

The works exclusively prepared for the Cyprus Museum of Modern Arts by 60+ Refreshment University students will meet with art lovers at the exhibition that will be opened on 28 June at 17.30. The “Second Spring” exhibition will be open to the public free of charge until July 15.

A first in TRNC: 60+ Refreshment University
With the increase in the average age in our world and at our country, “60+ Refreshment University”, an important initiative that adds meaning to the concept of active and successful aging, is based on the basic principle that learning, social relations, is a lifelong process.

Operating with the support of University of Kyrenia and Near East University and being the first and only in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, 60+ Refreshment University has a rich education program in medicine including internal medicine, gerontology, orthopedics, healthy nutrition, emergency medicine, endocrinology. Besides, there are also courses offered such as culture and arts, interior decoration, yoga, communication and literature. The education program, which aims to gather the students of Refreshment University in the same environment and benefit from their knowledge and experience, continues at the campus of the University of Kyrenia in Karakum.
