The Republic’s Enthusiasm Will Rise with Art!

The Cyprus Museum of Modern Art’s “Fine Arts Republic Exhibition,” which will bring together 50 artworks, will be opened by Ziya Öztürkler, President of the National Assembly, on Thursday, October 30th at 5:00 PM at the Exhibition Hall of the Near East University Atatürk Culture and Congress Center.
The “Fine Arts Republic Exhibition,” featuring 50 artworks exclusively made by artist-academics from the Near East University Faculty of Fine Arts and Design and artists from the Cyprus Museum of Modern Arts, will be opened by Ziya Öztürkler, President of the National Assembly, on Thursday, October 30th at 5:00 PM at the Exhibition Hall of the Near East University Atatürk Culture and Congress Center.

The exhibition, open to the public free of charge until November 15th, will showcase works of painting, sculpture, ceramics, and printmaking. The Cyprus Museum of Modern Arts’ 476th exhibition, the “Fine Arts Republic Exhibition,” is curated by Prof. Erdoğan Ergün, Head of the Department of Art and Design at the Faculty of Fine Arts and Design, who is also Advisor to the Rector of Near East University.

Prof. Erdoğan Ergün said, “Celebrating Republic Day with the universal language of art will be a source of great happiness and pride for us.”
Prof. Dr. Erdoğan Ergün emphasized that the exhibition brings together the joy of October 29th Republic Day with art. Prof. Dr. Ergün said, “This exhibition, featuring artworks that reflect the values of our Republic and free thought, will offer viewers an aesthetic journey.” Inviting everyone to visit the exhibition, Prof. Dr. Ergün said, “As Near East University, celebrating Republic Day with the universal language of art is a source of great happiness and pride for us.”
