New term classes at University of Kyrenia will start on 20 February

University of Kyrenia, the start date of the 2022-2023 spring term courses was postponed by 1 week to 20 February due to the earthquake disaster in Turkey. With the decision, it is aimed not to disrupt the education life of students living in the earthquake zone.

Prof. Dr. İlkay Salihoğlu: “We postponed the start date of our new semester courses to 20 February in order not to disrupt the education of our students living in the earthquake zone.”

University of Kyrenia Rector Prof. Dr. İlkay Salihoğlu, who announced that the start date of the 2022-2023 spring term courses has been moved to 20 February, said: “We are following the earthquake disaster in Turkey with great sadness. In order not to disrupt the education of our students living in the earthquake zone, we have decided to postpone the start date of the 2022-2023 spring semester courses by one week to 20 February.”

Prof. Dr. Salihoğlu wished mercy to those who lost their lives in the earthquake disaster in Turkey and a speedy recovery to the injured.
