Details about the delivery ceremony of 500 student capacity full -fledged Dr. Suat Günsel Famagusta State Primary School built by the Near East Enterprises have been announced. The delivery ceremony of the school hosted by the Ministry of National Education and the Near East Enterprises will be held on Friday, August 19 at 9.00, with the participation of President Ersin Tatar.
Dr. Suat Günsel Famagusta State Primary School, after Nicosia and Iskele schools, will be the third public primary school that the Near East Enterprises has brought to education in just 20 months. The school, which will be handed over to the Directorate of Primary Education Department of the Ministry of National Education with a ceremony to be held on August 19, will meet with its students in the new education period.
Delivered in 20 months, the third Dr. Suat Günsel State Primary School
The first of Suat Günsel State Primary Schools started education in September 2021 in Nicosia, each of them is full-fledged and has a capacity of 500 students. Dr. Suat Günsel İskele State Primary School, on the other hand, was made ready for education by the Near East Enterprises, and delivered to the Directorate of Primary Education Department of the Ministry of National Education in November 2021. Dr. Suat Günsel State Primary Schools will be built in Kyrenia, Güzelyurt and Lefke after Famagusta. Together with Suat Günsel State Primary Schools, the “6 state primary schools in 6 districts” project of the Near East Enterprises will continue.

Stating that, as the Near East Enterprises, they took the decision to provide 6 state primary schools in 6 districts of the TRNC in December 2020 at the Günsel Family Board, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Near East Enterprsis, Prof. Dr. İrfan Suat Günsel said, “We are proud to have the third of our planned schools ready for education in just 20 months. After Nicosia and Iskele, we completed the construction in Famagusta of a full-fledged 500 student capacity primary school and we will hand over Dr. Suat Günsel Famagusta State Primary School to the Directorate of Primary Education Department of the Ministry of National Education on 19 August.
