A comprehensive cooperation protocol was signed between the University of Kyrenia and Fırat University to conduct joint research and studies in all teaching-learning subjects, scientific, cultural and artistic issues; make joint publications, make student and teacher exchanges at all levels, arrange joint scientific and technical expeditions, carry out sports facilities and promotional programs.

According to a press statement released by the Press and Public Relations Directorate of Near East University, the “Cooperation Protocol in Education” was signed by Prof. Dr. İlkay Salihoğlu, Rector of University of Kyrenia, and Prof. Dr. Kutbeddin Demirağ, Rector of Fırat University.
