According to the data collected for aviation, there is an increase of 500% of passengers using aviation for transportation within the last 15 years and that this had caused an increase in need of qualified personnel to serve the aviation sector.

According to the press info release from the Directorate of Press and Public Relations Centre of University of Kyrenia, there has been an increase of 500% of passengers preferring transport by aviation. With relation to this, there has been an increase in need of qualified personnel to serve the field, accordingly.

Having difficulty in finding qualified individuals to serve the field of aviation and thus causing an increased workload on the current working staff of aviation, has lead aviation companies to make agreements and initiation support with aviation education institutions to raise qualified and competent individuals to serve for this need.

There is an employment guarantee and an opportunity to make payments of tuition fees after graduation…

Being the first and only university of Northern Cyprus in aviation and maritime studies, and also being initiated with a project cost of 80 million dollars, University of Kyrenia provides employment guarantee and an opportunity to make payment of fees until after graduation and recruitment.

According to the statement made by the Rectorship of the University of Kyrenia, students of this university have an employment guarantee and are also provided with the opportunity to make their tuition fee payments after graduation and being recruited to a position in the relevant field of study. There is an education fleet of 6 planes, placing the University of Kyrenia to a position as the centre of education regarding aviation and maritime studies, both in the TRNC and in the Eastern Mediterranean region. Moreover, University of Kyrenia is offering opportunities which have never been offered by any other institution before and is guaranteeing employment after graduation.

Furthermore, according to the latest statement made by the authorities of University of Kyrenia, the deadline for registration to the University of Kyrenia is declared to be 5th September, 2014.
