21 unique exhibitions of the Cyprus Museum of Modern Arts, consisting of solo and group exhibitions, continue to meet art lovers free of charge.

With the 5 exhibitions that the Cyprus Museum of Modern Arts will open on November 17 as part of the Republic Day celebrations, the number of free-to-visit exhibitions will reach 21.
Continuing its studies with the aim of transforming the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus into one of the most productive art centers in the world, the Cyprus Museum of Modern Arts continues to bring together different types of art such as oil paints, prints, ballpoint pens on silk, sculptures and ship models with art lovers at its free exhibitions.

As part of the Republic Day celebrations of the Cyprus Museum of Modern Arts, the number of exhibitions open to visitors will increase to 21 with the 5 exhibitions to be opened by President Ersin Tatar on Wednesday, November 17 at 9.30 am.

Among the exhibitions that will be opened to visitors free of charge at the Near East University Communication Faculty Exhibition Hall are the “Fine Arts Republic Exhibition” to be held by the artist-academicians of the Near East University Faculty of Fine Arts, the “Ship Models Exhibition” to be held by İsmail Gündoğan, the “Group Sculpture Exhibition” to exhibit works of sculpture artists Altai Useinov, Andrey Orazbaev, Bagdat Sarsenbiyev, Isken Abdaliev, Kutman Arasulov, Orazbek Yessenbayev, Sembigali Smagulov and Sohan Tolesh, solo painting exhibition “Our World” by Kazakh Artist Orazbek Yessenbayev and solo painting exhibition titled “Memory” of Kazakh Artist Rakhat Saparaliyeva.

Among the 21 exhibitions open to visitors, maritime-themed exhibitions draw attention. “Dardanelles Naval Warship Models Exhibition” opened at the exhibition hall of the Near East University Grand Library; The Fine Arts Maritime Exhibition and Ship Models Exhibition, which can be visited at the Near East Art Museum, and the "Ottoman Ship Models Exhibition" opened at the Near East University Faculty of Medicine Exhibition Hall reveal the maritime history with striking richness.

In addition, many exhibitions are awaiting their visitors in the exhibition halls of Atatürk Culture and Congress Center, Faculty of Dentistry, Faculty of Medicine and Near East University Hospital. “May” and “June” exhibitions, which bring together the works of academicians-artists from the Faculty of Fine Arts of Near East University, the solo ceramic exhibition “Dedication” consisting of 16 ceramic sculptures by Kazakh artist Bagdat Sarsenbiyev, “Existence” by Turkish Cypriot painter Aşık Mene, the solo painting exhibition titled “Environment of Future” by Tajik artist Abdukodir Rakhimov, and the “Group Sculpture Exhibition” that brings together the sculptures of Kazakh and Kyrgyz artists are among the exhibition attracting attention. The photography exhibition, organized in cooperation with Near East University and the International Organization of Turkic Culture (TURKSOY), in honor of the 30th anniversary of the independence of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan, also has a special place among the exhibitions.

In addition, solo exhibitions that bring together the unique works of artists Alexey Utkin, Asgat Dinikeyev and Andrey Orazbayev on the University of Kyrenia campus are open to visitors. Near East University Faculty of Fine Arts and Design Faculty Member Assist. Prof. Dr. Mine Okur's exhibition titled the "Nature Reflections", which brings together 55 works of Mine Okur, is also open on the Near East Yeniboğaziçi Campus.
