Cooperation Protocol between University of Kyrenia and Yavrukuş Flight Organization improving

The aviation sector in TRNC is getting into a new trend with the pilotage protocol has been signed between University of Kyrenia and Yavrukuş Flight Training Organization.

According to training protocol signed between University of Kyrenia and Yavrukuş Flight Training Organization, students coming from all over the world to TRNC will be given pilotage training at the internationally acknowledged standards. Officials of University of Kyrenia and Yavrukuş have finalized their preparations for trainings that will also include pilot training for commercial airlines. In this respect, the University of Kyrenia is buying two full avionic C-172 aircrafts to be registered under Yavrukuş. Mrs. Cemre Günsel Haskasap, the Founding Rector of University of Kyrenia, has delivered a speech on the protocol and said that the University of Kyrenia spares no expense to offer the best possible training for its students and carries out cooperation in full rapport with Yavrukuş Flight Organization, and the university, already offering extensive marine education programs, will open its doors to first students of aviation this year.

Mr. Serdar Turganer, President of TRNC Aviation Sports Federation, revealed his opinion upon request and stated that the protocol signed between University of Kyrenia and Yavrukuş Flight Training Organization will lead to a revolution in aviation sector of TRNC and aviation training is a very serious issue and requires serious responsibility. Turganer also stated that Yavrukuş will have stronger wings with the protocol signed between University of Kyrenia and Yavrukuş Flight Organization, and the indication for this is that the University of Kyrenia is going to buy two new C-172 full avionic aircrafts and reinforce the fleet of Yavrukuş which already has three aircrafts.

Mrs. Cemre Günsel Haskasap, Founding Rector of University of Kyrenia, pointing out her opinions on the protocol, stated that the Faculty of Aviation and Space Sciences of University of Kyrenia will commence education in September 2014 and the protocol signed between two instutions will gain more importance and cooperation will develop continuously.
